POST PRODUCTION DIARY  Finally, we got the time to start with our editing.  First step was to make the footage, it lasts forever. I've never imagined how hard would be just the part labelling every single sequence! Bam spent near 2 hours naming 'Day 1' folders.  It was that hard that he asked us to do 'Day 2' by our self. It took to me near 3 hours at home because we had too many clips. To be fair, Nigel helped us with all the process.  After footage and Qcing done we could start editing our burglary project.  It was third time for me using Premiere so, I spent hours watching tutorial videos on Youtube.  As, I didn't have time enough at college to finish it I transfer the folders to my personal laptop to continue at home.  I was so excited discovering different ways to edit with effects, music and much more.  But firstly I had to chose the good clips to work with them, then the hardest part was make them match....

PRODUCTION DIARY Starting in the classroom, first at all we had some issues setting up the camera. The micro was damaged and we though that it was the camera. We needed Nigel's support and this took longer...! Almost a half of morning wasted! When we fixed it we continued with the plan. Saul would be sitting on the desk working in his computer and this was the first scene, after saul went to the toilet and comes back and sees his phone gone missing by a thief that picked it up. The chase begins and saul started chasing him down all the way around the college to the pond across the road from the college. We did a lot of mistakes since everyone was trying to used the different equipment needing like 6 takes in the same scene. And also we didn't agree about how we should film and about angles. PRE PRODUCTION DIARY  6th October 2017 Yesterday, Our tutor, Nigel, introduced us the next project. It's going to be the first assignment for the course. The tutor talked about the theme, it will be about burglary that we have to locate in the college. We'll include a montage and a continuity work in it. After we know my team: Taqiyah, Bad, Saul, Marco and me, we were named 'group1'. We started to think about the story board. Each of us gave own ideas but we chose the most interesting. Recce We went through the college to take pictures of the areas where we'll film. We took random photos of possible and definitely locations. Then we created our recce file with the final locations. Someone in the class? Tutor or support staff? Family? 1 Storyboard       This needs come from me, and also I could ask for help to someone in class. MY REFLECTIVE LOG What skills have I developed? Using Adobe is still new for me but I already know how to use the basic tools in it. In terms of filming I learnt to focus properly the lense and find a correct angle.   What knowledge have I gained? I have few new terms on my mind. Editing terms that I learnt are really important to work as a team because it's the way to follow same steps when we are filming and after, when we need to edit our sequences. How did I work in my team? I share my own ideas, and I agreed with some of my team ideas trying to match all together. But I felt unwell so I couldn't finish filming with them. What do I need to improve? I have to improve my creativity skills. Did I improve from my last project? Yes I did, this time I was able to set up the camera.
